Chris P.
Chris is the proud, single parent of two young adults and feels Dan Dipert has helped make that possible with their flexible schedules. Before coming to Dan Dipert, Chris went to school and obtained his Aircraft Dispatch license and worked at American Airlines. What he thought was going to be a part-time job to compliment his work with AA prior to 9/11, has been full-time since 2001.

Darold M.
Darold grew up in the upper Midwest, served with United States Air Force and had a tour of duty in Vietnam. He holds degrees from the University of North Texas and University of Texas at Arlington. He recently retired from teaching in the Hurst-Euless-Bedford Independent School district. Outside interest include flying, traveling, camping, reading, ushering at Bass Hall and mission trips to Honduras to fit glasses. Darold is married to Sandi they have two beautiful daughters and two wonderful grandchildren.

Don O.
Don has been driving for Dan Dipert since 1995. He as logged over 700,000 miles and driven on 167 tours with the company and he’s loved every minute of it! He and his wife of almost 50 years, Patty, owned Don's Kiddie Korner, a toy and hobby store before Don went back to school to receive a Theology Degree from Tennessee Temple University in Chattanooga. Don has been an Independent Baptist Pastor, instructed at a Bible College and is currently a substitute Bible Teacher at his church. He enjoys reading, writing, woodwork and gardening in his spare time.

Ed T.
Ed has been in the motorcoach industry since 1986 and joined the Dan Dipert family in 1996. He is a happily married Christian man and the proud father of two. Some of his hobbies and interest include listening to gospel or jazz music, motorcycles, classic vehicles and exercising.

Gary M.
Gary is Dan Dipert's most senior driver. He has been with the company since 1992 and in the transportation industry since 1975. He and his wife are the proud grandparents of three grandsons and they joyfully take up most of Gary's free time.

Jerry O.
Jerry grew up in Odessa, TX and has lived in Arlington, TX for the past 45 years. He served the public school district as a teacher, coach, and administrator for 30 years before retiring in 2008. Jerry loves spending time with his beautiful wife, Nancy, of 45 years. They have one son and a lively little grandson. He also enjoys reading, golfing, riding motorcycles, and traveling.

Jim G.
Jim is a native of rural Illinois and came to Texas in 1985. He was a manager with GTE/Verizon for 30 years in the area of jurisdictional separations. After retiring he spent 5 years in the public education system teaching 5th grade math. Jim is the proud father of four grown children and takes great delight in his first, of hopefully many grandchildren. When Jim isn’t driving, he is very involved with his local church, traveling for missionary work or Scouting. If he ever finds time for hobbies, they include camping, hiking, biking and book binding.
Joe K.
Joe moved to Texas in 1959. He has two grown children and a granddaughter that he is very proud of. Joe has been driving professionally for over 30 years and joined the Dan Dipert team in 1994. He enjoys the flexible hours of being a motorcoach operator and loves being with his fellow employees. He is pleased to have met some very interesting people over the road and hopes to meet many, many more.

John R.
John was raised in Arlington, Texas. He began working with Southwestern Bell Telephone Company in 1973 and retired after 30 years. He has been married for over 35 years and has two grown children. John enjoys gardening, reading and traveling in his spare time.

Lewis L.
Lewis is a third generation landscaper and owns his own business. He has a degree in electronics and has been married to his wonderful wife, Helen, for over 30 years. Lewis has 3 children, 3 grandchildren and is a Longhorn Council Boy Scout leader. He enjoys fishing, golf, tennis, and visiting museums. He also loves live music, plays and operas.

Ralph E.
A native Texan, Ralph grew up in the Houston area and attended TCU in Fort Worth, where he met his wife of fifty plus years. Ralph worked in sales at Swift & Co. and as a Sales Training Director with two national metal distributors for 38 years. After retirement, Ralph and his wife returned to their "hometown" of Fort Worth. In addition to golf, bridge and driving for Dan Dipert, Ralph also substitute teaches for a local school district.

Rick
Rick is the primary trainer for the Dan Dipert Motorcoach Operator Training Program. He has been in the transportation industry since 1988 and joined Dan Dipert in 1994. Rick is the second most senior driver and has driven over 200 of our pre-packaged tours. When he is not driving or training, he enjoys fishing, music and motorcycles.

Steven B.
Steve grew up in the Arlington, TX area where he met his wife Becky in the early 80’s. In his younger days Steve drove coaches for rock bands and did some time as a truck driver. He later switched careers to the IT business and after 20 years Steve decided to return to his love of travel. When he is not behind the wheel you could find him on his bicycle or a fishing boat.
